Skills:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT/ Software Services sales

- Must have International sales experience

- Entrepreneurial mindset

- Consultative selling approach

- Go getter attitude and excellent time management skills

- Able to work in fast-paced environment

- Previous experience of selling IT services and solutions (must)

Job description:

- Strong sales hunter who can acquire new logos

- Should have strong hand hold on local market base, preferred knowledge in Financial, Retail, Energy & Utilities, Industrial 4.0 domains

- Identify sales leads and develop new business

- Should have a good captive client base and handled Tier 1 Clients

- Excellent in managing client relationships at CXO levels

- Should have a proven & successful track record with some reputed companies in similar space and also achieve targets year on year

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional and cultural groups to formulate appropriate sales proposition and strategies

- Able to write techno-commercial proposals and create client presentations

- Willing to travel internationally for client meetings and presentations (post COVID)

- Managed end to end sales cycle, right from lead generation to proposal writing to negotiations/closures and also account management

- Able to work as per Europe or US time zones

- Good Documentation (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Presentation Skills

- Able to work as team player and also individual hunter

- Write professional emails

- Actively use LinkedIn for business connections
