Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning :

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify growth opportunities.

- Define sales targets, quotas, and KPIs for the sales team, and monitor performance against set goals.

2. Team Leadership and Management :

- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to sales representatives to maximize their potential and productivity.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans as needed.

3. Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.

- Identify customer needs, preferences, and concerns, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.

4. Business Development :

- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the company's customer base.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.

5. Sales Operations and Reporting :

- Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.

- Utilize CRM software and other sales management tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.xs
