Summary :

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a fast sales cycle environment. Primary role of the will be lead conversion and client acquisition through calls.

Responsibilities :

- Day to day calling of leads generated/update existing clients of our products

- Responsible for outbound calls and leads

- Understand customer needs and requirement

- Explain and educate clients of products KredX offers

- Qualify leads and pass on to Relationship Managers

- Target based Requirements:

- Proven track record in call handling

- Must have B2C experience

- Must have basic knowledge of Investment products

- Experience in working with a CRM (Zoho or similar)

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- BA/BS degree or equivalent

- Prior work experience is Financial organization preferred Experience: 2-3 yrs
