Responsibilities :

- Responsible for verifying KYC and on-boarding investors on time.

 - Identifying the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions

- Working closely with the Sales team and assist them effectively

 - Handling incoming chat and mails from investors and address the queires effectively

 - Team player who is flexible in handling critical situations

 - Adhering to the TAT laid down by the management

- Understanding the product and process to enhance the workflow

Requirements :

- 1-2 years of prior experience with customer service prefered.

- Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.

- Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.

- Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.


- Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over language
