Job Description for Operations Executive:
- Have to speak with the customers for re-payments/ issues with their loans etc.
- To educate the new customers over phone how to make the payments.
- Should be able to handle escalation calls of customers
- Must be goal driven and make sure deadlines are met.
Qualification & Skills :
- Any Graduate/Any Post Graduation/FRESHERS - 1 Year of experience in Any Voice/BPO Process.
- Good knowledge in MS Excel
- Should have good communication skill
- Languages Known:-English, Any South Indian Language, Hindi (Must)
