Campaign Planning and Creation :
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand campaign goals and target audiences.
- Develop creative strategies for SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and Webhooks.
- Schedule and launch campaigns across various channels.
Campaign Performance Monitoring and Optimization :
- Track campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Generate reports and insights to inform future campaign planning.
Technical Skills :
- Proficient in using marketing automation platforms
- Experience with setting up triggers, segments, and personalization rules.
- Familiarity with basic data analysis tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets.
