Requirements :
- Must be Fluent in English/ Hindi / Local Language.
- The person should have Experience of handling Partners
- Preference will given to manager from Finance background(LOAN BANKING / INSURANCE / TELECOM / FMCG SECTOR)
- Good knowledge of MS office Skills
- Especially MS Excel
Job Description for the Role :
- Representative of the company to the DSA
- Executes company's objectives and plans
- Acquire and retain DSA
- Mobilizing Business with the DSA to achieve the given target
- Applying credit norms in DSA selection /Screening for ensuring quality
- Ensure Collection of pre & post sanction Documents from DSA as per norms
- Servicing the DSA till the end of contract and maintain cordial relations for future business
- Forwarding daily business & collection Information & updating the system, MIS etc
- Comply to the process norms and procedure set out for better productivity.
- Develop and grow DSA base for enhancing market share.
