Job Description :

- Craft strategies for the entire marketing function.

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and marketing campaigns

- Knowledge in CRO, ASO, Mobile marketing, marketing automation, CRM, and MMP.

- Understand consumer behavior, identify user segments & execute relevant marketing campaigns.

- Set up the processes to ensure consistency in communication across all marketing efforts.

- Prepare the budget for the marketing campaigns.

- Track and improve continuously the performance against goals/objectives.

- Monitor competition in terms of customers. acquisition, retention, and monetization practices, pricing changes, new products, and features.

- Identify opportunities to reach new segments and expand market share.

- Hire, Mentor, and train the team - on best marketing practices & latest innovations.

Requirements :

- Work experience as Head of Marketing preferably within the finance industry.

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media

- Experience running successful marketing campaigns.

- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.

- Analytical mind and experience of 8-10+ years.
