Job Description :

- Strong cold calling and prospecting skills on the phone and in person.

- Ability to provide clear & effective information via phone.

- Ability to generate walk-ins and create sales pipelines.

- Target-oriented approach, as there will be value-based monthly benchmarks that will have to be met.

- Manage and update student database with aggressive follow-up.

- Comfortable in talking to people and also a good listener.

Skills Required :

- Good communication skills (in Hindi, English & Bengali)

- Good convincing power

- Self-motivated and capable of making commitments

- Setting priorities to deliver results on time
