As an Institutional Sales Trader, you will have the following responsibilities:

1. Execute trades with extreme accuracy and timeliness in Cash and Futures & Options segments;

2. Call clients on daily basis with updates on stocks, markets and general outlook as well as specific queries;

3. Develop & maintain excellent working relationships with all clients- dealing desks;

4. Keep a track of clients stock preferences, make recommendations & update on recommended calls regularly;

5. Maintain Client dealing database;

1. Increase sales and market share :

2. Achieve and Surpass the GOP targets

3. Recognize and grow new business segments and clients.

4. Effective sales plan and implementation, to increase the existing and new client business

5. Constant up gradation of product knowledge and effective use in sales calls

6. Filing of important documents with existing & potential clients for empanelment;

7. Ensure compliance with internal & external guidelines - must have NCFM Certificate for Capital Market & Derivative.
