Job Description :

Your responsibilities will be to build your own pipeline of ongoing leads via prospecting and networking, to develop sales of SEO (search engine optimization), Social Media Advertising and PPC (pay per click management), websites, and apps.

Role : Business Development - Digital Marketing Sales

Timings : Rotational Shift

Location : Work from Home

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Understanding customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale

- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.

- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers for new business

- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.

- Gathering market and customer information.

- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers and managers.

- Coordinating with the Proposal team and delivering the proposal within timeline to customers.

- Meeting Targets for the month.

- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

- Proactively developing its own sales pipeline to promote the benefits of digital marketing and convert the new business into the company.

- Contacting new prospective clients to establish a positive rapport and convert them into new opportunities.

- Creating proposals, presenting to clients, and closing deals.

- Promoting the digital marketing capabilities of the agency, suggesting areas of improvement, and maximizing sales wherever possible.

- Handling inbound inquiries and looking after established clients, ensuring repeat business, and identifying up-selling opportunities.

- Attending client meetings when required.

- Should know how to use Microsoft office, most importantly, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Excellent Communication Skill

- Very good knowledge in Digital Marketing Channels

- Flexible to work in shifts

- Good negotiation power

- Solid and proven sales results.

- Interest and knowledge of digital marketing, the trends, methods, and emerging technologies.

- Have self-motivation and the desire to exceed set targets and objectives.

- Good communication skills, both verbally and written.

- Have a strong and well-established network to bring to the role.
