A Reputed Insurance Company is urgently looking for the post of Assistant Recruitment and Development Manager(ARDM) for its branches in Guwahati, Jorhat and Tinsukia
Specific Responsibilities :
Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents
- Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the respective location.Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products.Monitor and review agents- performance. Help them achieve maximum business.Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards.
Execution of sales strategy - Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales
Qualification : Graduate
Experience :
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in any BFSI, MFI or Finance Industry
- Must be a localite of Guwahati/Jorhat/Tinsukia
