1. Managing a portfolio of 800-900 customers

2. Engaging with the mapped customers (via digital medium and physical meetings) to fulfil their service requirements

3. Increase the Relationship Value of mapped customers

4. Cross-Selling Investment Products (Mutual Funds, Demat Accounts, SIP etc.), Insurance Products ( Life and Non-Life), Credit Cards and Loans

Key Responsibilities:

1. Increase in Relationship Value of Portfolios mapped to Relationship Officers

2. Ownership of Top line targets across Investment Products, Insurance and Asset Products

3. Ensuring all mapped Relationship Officers are IRDAI and AMFI/EUIN certified

4. Driving Resource Activation across Investment Products and Asset Products

Basic Requirements:

1. Minimum 8-10 years of Sales Experience

2. Prior team management experience of at least 3 years

3. Excellent Communication skills

4. Basic Excel knowledge and ability to perform non-complex data analysis

5. Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like salesforce, CRMnext

6. AMFI/EUIN and IRDAI SP Certification

Preferred Profiles:

1) Previous experience as in Banking, Key Account Management, Insurance Direct Sales ( Life or General), Securities Sales or other financial products sales
