Kosher Climate - Associate - Digital Marketing (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are seeking a young and enthusiastic digital marketing associate, who will also serve as our in-house content creator.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing preferably in a start-up.
- A Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Empathy towards the issue of climate change
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory), and knowing Hindi is a bonus
- A proactive and outgoing attitude is desirable
- A decent understanding of graphic designing
- A decent understanding of trends on social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and YouTube
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, or equivalent software, and prepared to learn video editing
- Basic understanding of website, SEO, and optimization
Responsibilities :
- Manage Kosher's website, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube accounts
- Create digital posters, carousels, infographics, articles, and videos for Kosher's marketing
- Proactively engage with the team to generate stories and enhance the company's visibility
- Assist in offline and online employee and client engagement activities
- Develop social media strategies and schedules in collaboration with the supervising manager
- Forecast and report on the reach and followers.
