Konnect Analytics - Executive - Business Development (2-6 yrs)

- Target Market and Customer Identification.

- Lead Generation through Cold Calls/e-mails/other Sources as deemed fit for the Product and target Customer.

- Identify Potential Clients and the decision makers within the client organisation.

- Research & Build relationship with new and potential clients.

- Responsible for ensuring and maintaining an excellent level of technical knowledge regarding all areas of the product. Conducting meetings with prospects and key decision makers.

- Product Demo presentation to prospects.

- Project Company Vision and Mission to all clients and all syndicate company ideology to clients.

- Creation of Business Plan and presenting performance KPI weekly/monthly/quarterly.

- Identify emerging and prospective marketing areas outside home location.

- Enable Satellite Sales model for locations outside home location. Work with Technical team on identifying new areas and improvement areas in the product

Skills & Requirements :

- For Executives more than 2 years experience in ERP Sales in SME segment.

- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and computer skills (MS Office Products).

- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation. Confident negotiator and ability to close the right type of business at the highest levels.

- An ability to represent the company at the highest level to clients and agencies, manage prospective client expectations and keep promises.

- Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.

- High learning curve when it comes to gaining knowledge of new and existing product lines.

- Ability to interact with all levels of management and support personal development.

- Confidence in presenting/speaking at industry events / workshops by effectively using a range of presentation skills i.e. body language, voice tone etc.

- Translates business strategy to the team in a clear and easy to understand way and links it to specific objectives.

- Manage Marketing Material and presentations
