Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Identify potential clients Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising etc.
2. Conducting sales calls and closing the leads.
3. Pre-sales activities include preparing sales proposal.
4. Sending Mailers & creating database of the companies.
5. Interaction with Companies HR Managers.
6. Handling corporate sales operations with small scale to large scale clients/industries.
7. Requirements received from clients have to shared and discussed with the operations team at the earliest.
8. Outside Corporate meetings with HR Clients (with reporting managers) whenever required.,
