BD and Sales Manager


- As Business Development and Sales Manager you shall be responsible for Promoting Dad's Hack kombucha to existing and new customers across various channels (B2B, Digital, Retail, Events, D2C) in Bangalore and new regional markets


Key responsibilities include :

- Regular market visits to identify and build relationships with customers and partners

- Negotiation and onboarding of new customers and partners

- Manage sales operations and customer communication and relationships

- Prepare, manage and execute events and samplings

- Engage and educate consumers, retailers, B2B customers and partners on product, brand and category.

- Researching and developing sales and business growth opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's sales and growth objectives.

- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing business development, sales and operations teams to meet company's growth objectives.

- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales meets their quotas and goals.

- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
