- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Create awareness of our range of products - Surgical Dressing/Disposables.
- Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Must have experience in Hospital Sales / Institutional Sales
- Ready to travel Pan India as per business requirement.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
