With a blinkered focus on UGC and a wide domain of various brands, our objective is to get the audiences to engage with the brands through their favorite social media influencers.

Overview:

We are looking for a leadership position as Head of Business Development. The selected person will take end to end ownership of Business Development to ensure brands- stickiness to the Kofluence platform by consistently delivering value and exceeding expectations.

Your Responsibilities :

- Complete ownership of new business development process from strategy to execution

- Own and deliver quarterly/annual order booking target

- Create and execute brand communication campaigns, build & strengthen the brand's equity over a period of time and drive adoption rates for the brand

- Create and leverage synergies across partners in overall ecosystem to maximize and sustain revenues

- Own and lead end to end Sales process from lead generation, lead qualification, Proposal submission, Contract Negotiation and Closure

Your Qualities:

- Proven track record of consistently excelling in uncertain and high growth environment

- Preferably Ad Sales Professional with 8-15 years of experience

- Excellent relationship with CMOs/ Agencies/ Networks etc.

Location : India (Delhi/ Mumbai/ Bangalore)
