Job Description - E-commerce Marketplace Lead

- Knya is India's leading online medical apparel brand. The brand was founded in 2021 by husband-wife duo, Vanshika and Abhijeet Kaji.

- The vision of Knya is to fill in the gap of functional and fashionable medical apparel for the medical industry across the country at multiple levels.

- Knya has raised seed funding, led by DSG Consumer Partners, with participation from the promoter family of Narayana Health and Cipla Health amongst others. Since inception, Knya products have been delivered to 900+ cities and 200+ medical institutes across India.

What you will be doing :


- Responsible for the complete, Sales, Operations, Inventory, pricing and catalog

- Develop Concept/Brand attributes and positioning strategy in line with organization's guidelines.

- Responsible for developing the Sales targets with E-Commerce portals and making 360degree marketing plan to achieve the same on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc ('the portals')

- Prepare annual marketing calendar for the portals

- Manage appropriate product promotions on all E-Commerce platforms in collaboration with the portals

- Designing and planning exclusive product ranges for e-commerce partners and working closely with design, product, and production team

- Recommend e-commerce (online) store promotions in consultation with the vendors and ecommerce portal.

- Recommend events specific to the brand, product category and season.

- Forecast along with the vendors and the e-commerce portal on the increase in traffic during the promotions.

- Ensure the listing of all the stock is live on the e-commerce portal

You will be an ideal candidate if :

- Solid understanding of how online marketplaces operate

- Negotiating margins, promotions and overall experience in implementing the brands larger Commerce strategy

- Assessing and implementing sales opportunities to maximize ecommerce revenue and profitability

- Analytical skills to deep-dive into sales data and extract valuable insights leading to actionable business strategies
