About the job

A Business Development Specialist will be responsible to establish relationships with new clients and managing the needs of existing clients. The ideal candidate must be a team player who will be responsible for helping the company to expand the clientele in international & domestic market. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. We- re seeking a qualified business development specialist to extend our reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Screen potential business opportunities and generate leads by mapping service offerings with client needs

- Determine right contacts in organizations using LinkedIn, company website, Google search

- Establish connect with the client contact and build relationship

- Prepare custom pitches and fix meetings of the target contacts

- Assertively follow up on the leads

- Identify way forward to increase sales and traction within target firms

- Build short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with company's vision

- Prepare prospect organizational structure, prospect newsletter, prospect company profiling, cheat sheets as and when required

- Drive, track and report success of sales and marketing campaigns

Qualification : 

- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2-3 years relevant experience

- Key strengths should be sales lead generation and management

- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation with experience of selling in a knowledge environment

- Calling experience with international (US, Europe and APAC) clients will be an added advantage

- Strong Communication and negotiation skills

- Responsible individual, sincere and dedicated to meeting timelines

- Assertive, enthusiastic, confident, and most importantly persistent

- Someone who drives growth in conjunction with the values of the organization
