Role: Pre Sales Manager

ROLE CONTEXT:

- The role involved collaborating with the sales team by acting as technical experts in customer presentations.

- Respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions.

- Also designing the proof of concept solution demo with available existing product features.

- Articulate (through written submissions and oral presentations) solutions to both technical and non-technical customers on-premise and remotely.

- Support sales teams (Enterprise-Mid Market) with in-depth product and business knowledge.

- Handhold / Support Customers during their product evaluation / POC process.

- Working closely with the sales team to help set product suitability and service delivery expectations for clients.

- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company's products and service offerings and methodologies.

- Working with the Product to capture new customer requirements, develop and expand the existing product portfolio, and highlight any product-related issues.

- Work with the Delivery team in handing over all pre-sales efforts and documentation for a smooth transition.

- Proven work experience as a pre-sales manager (6-8 Years of Experience)

- Hands-on experience with CRM software, SQL, or MySql database

- High-level understanding of any coding languages C, C++, Java, or Python.

- Comfort in doing cross-functional coordination

- Technical aptitude to understand functionalities of the products/solutions

- A Technical Degree is a plus but not a must.
