Roles and Responsibilities
- Articulate (through written submissions and oral presentations) solutions to both technical and non-technical customers on-premise and remotely.
- Support sales teams (Enterprise-Mid Market) with in-depth product and business knowledge.
- Working closely with the sales team to help set product suitability and service delivery expectations for clients.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company's products and service offerings and methodologies.
- Working with the Product to capture new customer requirements, develop and expand the existing product portfolio, and highlighting any product-related issues.
- Work with the Delivery team in handing over all pre-sales efforts and documentation for a smooth transition.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and build good relationships with clients to the company's benefit.
