We have an urgent vacancy in our Business development team and looking for some professionals with work experiences in IT services & software solutions ( Mobile /Web ) .

Functional Role: Sr. Business Development /Executives

Industry: IT Services

Job Location : Noida, Sector 62, Logix Cyber Park

Work Experience : 4 - 7 yrs

Working days : 5 ( Mon - Fri)

Time : 12:00 Noon - 9:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Should be flexible to work in US/UK shift)

Assistant Manager Business Development (5-6 yrs)

- 5+ year experience in sales & business development with IT, software & web development companies and worked in international market primarily US, Europe & Asia-PAC region.

- Should have a very good understanding about web & portal development, software application & mobile solution, digital & upcoming technology trends like AI, Machine learning etc.

- Should have excellent communication skill both written (email) & oral and be proficient in interacting with C, VP, Director level contacts.

- Should have hands on experience in doing cold calls, set up & conducting meeting, Go-getter, Self-motivated, Energetic and able to drive and manage lead generation team to generate sales leads through outbound cold calls.

- Lead, manage & track lead generation team to get desired output including cold call tracking, email communication, follow ups, giving training etc to perform better.

- Should be proficient in giving presentation, introducing company services to decision makers and customize presentation accordingly to business to discover client interest area & business needs.

- Should be knowledgeable to ask questions & deep dive to understand customer pain points, upcoming challenges and answers to customers query.

- Responsible for generating prospects, create adequate opportunities around defined line of services to meet sales quota by going all out through various channels including cold call, linkedin and other channels.

- Responsible for new client acquisition, account management to build strong relationship with client to discover new avenues to generate new sales for the company.

- Be a team player and coordinate with solution team to discuss client requirements to craft a compelling solution & proposal to meet customer requirements.
