Responsibilities :
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers who have expressed interest in education loans.
2. Provide detailed information about our education loan products and services.
3. Assist potential borrowers in understanding the application process, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
4. Address inquiries and concerns raised by customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the loan application process.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
7. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the database.
Requirements :
1. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in the financial services sector, preferably with 0-2 years of experience
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
4. Knowledge of education loan products and financial terminology is a plus
5. Goal-oriented mindset
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
7. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Excel
