Kislay - Sales Lead (8-10 yrs)
- Manage a sales team comprising of 15 people
- Meet revenue targets on monthly basis
- Is in charge of on-boarding partners to Kislay platform
- Follow up partners for sales and grievances
- Meet the targets on customer acquisition and number of orders per day
- MBA in sales and Marketing
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Telecom or FMCG/FMCD sector
- Must have led a minimum of 10 member team
- Must have achieved sales revenue targets of INR 1 Cr per month
