About Kirana Club :

Kirana Club is a community of 15 lakh+ Kiranas where they discuss which brands to sell, new product launches & brand schemes. Think of it as a LinkedIn for Kiranas, where retailers connect with other retailers and FMCG brands to talk business. Our goal is two fold - (1) to provide Kiranas with a platform where they get neutral and trusted information that empowers them to improve and scale their business & (2) to provide FMCG brands a platform to communicate directly with Kiranas instead of depending only of feet on street which has multiple limitations

Job Description :

1. Digital Property Sales:

a. Promote and sell digital advertising properties available on the Kirana Club platform.

b. Customize advertising solutions to meet the unique needs and objectives of FMCG partners.

2. FMCG Onboarding:

a. Identify and onboard FMCG companies onto the Kirana Club platform.

b. Educate potential partners on the benefits and opportunities of advertising to a network of Kirana retailers.

3. Market Analysis:

a. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging advertising technologies in the FMCG sector.

b. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance advertising effectiveness.

4. Campaign Management:

a. Oversee the end-to-end execution of FMCG advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with the objectives and KPIs.

b. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations as needed.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

a. Liaise with internal teams (product, engineering, and marketing) to ensure companies' needs are met and effectively communicated.

b. Act as the primary point of contact between Kirana Club and FMCG advertising partners.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in ad sales or key account management, preferably in the digital advertising space.

- Strong understanding of advertising platforms, technologies, and industry trends, particularly in the FMCG sector.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
