- KiE Square is a leading AIML Company that provides advanced Data Science/Data Engineering Solutions to its clients and drives their Business Intelligence Transformation.

- This position is responsible for generating B2B sales for KiE Square's productised services in the field of Analytics, AIML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence and Data Visualization.

Job Description :

The ideal candidate must be experienced in appreciating the Client needs or challenges and driving account creation and growth in accordance. You would need to be aware of the high paced business need evolution in the international markets. Alongside you would need to understand KiE Square's value proposition and key capabilities, and have the ability to explore and establish synergies.

Responsibilities :

1. Explore, build and grow greenfield prospects.

2. Mapping potential clients across key verticals and work towards their acquisition.

3. Educating the clients about KIE Square Offerings in line with the Strategic positioning.

4. Generate Leads through professional networking and front online/F2F sales meetings.

5. Developing Sales Channel Partners and New Markets.

6. Respond to RFP, Commercial negotiations, NDAs and SLA.

7. Managing opportunities from lead identification to deal closure.

8. Reduce the sales cycle

9. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and People team to manage people demand.

Ideal Candidate must have :

1. An MBA or equivalent from a Tier A institution.

2. 3-5 years of experience in Selling solutions across Analytics/ Modelling/ AIML, BI.

3. Hands on experience of selling Analytics/ Data Science solutions, AIML, BI & Visualization Product Services (Power BI, Tableau etc.), Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure etc.), would be preferred.

4. Strong understanding of Business value proposition, strengths and capabilities and in depth understanding of Commercials, SLAs etc.

5. Experience of closing deals of MM USD scale as well as smaller ticket size.

6. Experience across Sales pitch design, Deal closures, Deal Enhancement & Extension, RFP eliciting and response submission.

7. Experience across Fixed Price Projects, T & amp; M, BOT deployments & Solution licensing.

8. Experience in South Asia and at least one of the Western or Eastern Geographies

9. Specific Experience in development of Channel Partners, New Markets and Sales teams

10. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills and the comfort/confidence to deal with Executive.

11. Leadership at Client end to convince them on business proposals and pricing model.

12. Proven tangible revenue creation, client relationships and professional networking record.

13. Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity with respect to business situations and proficiency in negotiation skills is expected.

14. Advanced Excel knowledge; related industry experience would be preferred.

15. Strong Consulting and negotiating skills and demonstrated ability to lead.

Good to have :

1. Self-start streak, with minimum guidance and direction from the Management

2. Strong analytical skills for Sectoral understanding, Pre-sales collateral creation in association with Delivery teams

3. Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth startup like environment.

4. Experienced working across multiple cultures; additional language skills a plus.
