Name of the Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

Looking for Business Development Manager to be a part of our Business Development Team that sells Learning solutions to K12 schools and to the new prospects, intending to open the preschool in Bangalore.

The position will include the following responsibilities:

1. Minimum 3-4 years sales experience preferably in Educational Services or solutions, Direct sales, and B2B.

2. Preferably a Proven B2B sales track record of exceeding targets, >3 year of Sales experience in Educational or institutional sales.

3. Demonstrated success in a previous sales roles by exceeding targets

4. Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with school management, and maintaining them over time.

5. You must have skills in cold calling, visiting customers, prospecting, written and oral com-munication, convincing skills, Negotiating and closing sales.

6. Leading sales demos with prospective customers with product presentations

7. Develop and execute sales plans with all accounts

8. Exceed agreed sales performance targets

9. Identifying and maintaining a list of prospective customers in line with short- & long-term sales targets

10. Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages

11. Generating business from new accounts and developing them to scale

12. Maintain and update CRM with prospective client information

13. Fluency in English, Telugu and Hindi,

14. Ability and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment


1. Any Graduation/Post-Graduation (Bachelor/Master degree in sales & marketing will be an added advantage)

2. 3- 4 years of experience in any field, preferably from service industry/ education

3. Multilingual:

a. Should be fairly fluent in English (Both Spoken and Written)

b. Knows local language is mandatory

4. Willing to travel

5. Excellent interpersonal skills

6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and Google Docs
