Job description :

- We at Kiddopia have developed the world's best preschool learning app called Kiddopia. It is used by millions of kids around the world and is consistently ranked on the top charts. The secret to our success is in our passion for delivering world-class customer experiences utilizing cutting edge technologies and sound engineering practices.

- As we evolve and expand we are looking for a Growth Manager who will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy, drive mobile app installs and grow the active user base. You will help us with our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams, identify and execute product related features and grow the user base in different geographical regions and platforms.

Job Description :

- Responsible for overall growth strategy for acquisition & retention.

- Study new geographies and platforms and plan and execute ways to grow the user base there.

- Advertising on mobile app marketing channels with focus on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, for optimizing campaigns to reach the target return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spends (ROAS).

 - Suggest improvements in onboarding or monetisation strategy to improve in-app conversion rates.

- Generate deep customer insights at each stage in their relationship with our app and suggest new ways to provide a better user experience.

- Make analytics and data driven decisions to optimize acquisition & retention strategy (funnel improvement, In-app engagement, )

- Partner with product and tech teams to execute promotion campaigns and app development that lead to increased engagement from active customers as well as lapsed customers.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of relevant work experience in growth management.

- Must have experience of managing apps with 1M+ downloads.

- Hands-on experience of working on Facebook ads and Google ads.

- Familiarity with - Appstore Connect, Google Playstore, AppTweak/Senor Tower, Firebase/Branch/MixPanel, Appsflyer/TUNE etc.

- An analytical bent of mind and data driven attitude. We are looking for someone who can crunch numbers and find answers and patterns.

- Track record of improving active rate, retention rate, conversions rate, and other important marketing KPIs
