Your role

We, at Khatabook, are looking for a Telecalling Manager to handle the productivity of telecalling agencies. This role will be responsible for productivity from X bucket to infinity.

What would you do at Khatabook

- Implementing collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive dues

- Ensuring that the company policy on recoveries is followed and that it is in line with regulatory guidelines.

- Negotiating with customers in cases when non-payment occurs.

- Training and mentoring of telecalling agencies

- Develop and execute comprehensive collections strategies to optimize the recovery process and reduce delinquency rates.

- Conduct regular projections and forecasts of collections targets based on historical data, industry trends, and business objectives.

- Monitor collection performance metrics, such as roll rates, collection efficiency, and DRR, to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.

- Monitor external telecalling collection agency performance

What are we looking for :

- Proven experience of managing telecalling agencies, preferably within the financial services industry.

- Strong expertise in telecalling agency management

- In-depth knowledge of collection processes, telecalling parameters, industry regulations, and best practices.

- The ability to work accurately and independently.

- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
