Khatabook - Executive - Customer Support/Chat Support (1-3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Providing solutions to different problems of customers by taking help of different internal tools
2. Answering phone calls and responding to emails/chats.
3. Having product understanding and helping the customers as well with that.
4. Ensure that all the related notes/ call comments are properly documented and suitable information is provided to clients
5. Coordinating with the internal teams to get the issue resolved
6. Candidate should be comfortable with rotational shifts and Week offs
7. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions & manage and resolve customer complaints.
Skills & Requirements:
1. Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
2. Excellent communication skill (Hindi and English Mandatory)
3. Candidate should have 6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Support / Voice/Non-Voice Process
4. Must have worked in Customer Support Inbound/Outbound/Chat/Email process
5. An enthusiastic and energetic individual.
