Job Description :
- Ensure achievement of Secondary target
- Enhance market share for Distribution vertical for the respective Territory.
- Plan, forecast, implement and execute necessary course of action pertaining to business, infrastructure and resource.
- Distribution operation management
- Achieve collections as per agreed credit norms
- Ensure implementation of policies, goals, objectives and procedures/SOPs for the distributors
- Motivate & ensure distributors to make additional investment to grow the business
- Developing innovative methods and procedures to increase sales, expand market & promote business
- Establish and maintain credit policy and operating procedure
Required Candidate profile :
- Male candidate only.
- Ready to travel.
- Aggressive and Energetic in nature.
- Experienced in handling Distributor / Dealer
- Experience in Footwear trade preferred
