KEYA FOODS - Key Account Manager - Modern Trade (4-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
Key Account Manager - Modern Trade
1) KAM handles the overall operation of Retailers/Chains assigned in terms of Primary, Secondary & Claim Settlements
2) Designing Quarterly & Annual Consumer activation calendars
3) Ensure Budget adherence with regards to activation spends approved & take corrective action as when required
4) Design Special activation plan for Big Days/ Festive periods & select Theme based Events
5) Identifying Business Opportunity pockets / Banner wise & Geography Wise & trying to leverage the same in Coordination with MT Head.
6) Ensure good fill rates are offered across all Banners. Assist MT Head in Stock Planning & Indenting
7) Followup for DC/ store appointments & coordinate with CFA and Regional MT team members
8) Followup for PO amendments if required with Regional / National Category teams
9) Followup on payments for all Accounts & ensure commercial related issues are addressed from time to time.
10) Supervises & overlooks all merchandisers assigned to him.
11) Provide Training to Merchandisers and promoters at Periodic intervals
12) Identifications of Hi Potentials & ensure they undergo Shadow working stints for higher Roles & Responsibility .
13) Regional Retailers to be with MT Hi Pots under guidance of KAM.
