Key Sales Manager - Insurance (3-9 yrs)
Job Description & Role :
- Source and maintain client and channel partner relationships
- Assisting clients in sale of new insurance policies or adjusting existing ones
- Deliver approved policies to new and existing clients and explain benefits and risks of the policies
- Collect information from clients on their risk profile to offer them insurance policies that best suit their needs
- Implement effective strategies to source references from existing and prospective clients and channel partners
- Meet and exceed targets as assigned periodically
- Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices
Requirements & Skills :
- Minimum Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree
- Sales or Marketing experience of minimum 6+ months
- Excellent Communication (verbal and non-verbal) and Presentation Skills
- Good selling and negotiations skills
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : 300,000.00 - 450,000.00 per year
