Job description :
A Senior Sales Officer is in charge of leading and directing a sales team in order to meet sales targets and promote business growth.
Roles :
-Recruit ow team of financial advisors and trained team
- Building and maintaining customer connections necessitates tracking and monitoring sales performance in order to meet or surpass sales targets.
- Creating and presenting sales reports to upper management.
- Working with other departments
- Keeping abreast on industry developments
Candidate Profile :
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- At least 2-4 years of experience in sales and business development
- Age : 22 to 40
- Results-oriented mindset with an emphasis on attaining sales targets.
- Must be a local candidate
- Bachelor's degree in any field
