Key Sales Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate Business
- Advisor Activation.
- Partners with advisor to ensure adherence to performance standards.
- Recruit and develop quality Advisor.
- Manage and Develop the channel network to promote insurance.
Recruit :
The primary role is to drive quality recruitment of Life Advisors and build up the agency business.
Coach :
Develop Life Advisors to make them self dependent by setting goals for them, conducting reviews and assisting them in their career path with Life Insurance.
Leader :
Drive sales for the company through their team of life advisors, motivate their team and lead them in meeting the goals set forth by the company.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- The candidate must be a graduate
- Must have minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Must be between 24-38 years of age
