Key Sales Manager - BFSI (2-3 yrs)
Required Skillset :
- Driving Sales through channel partners/Sales agents.
- Appointing new partners/agents
- Achieving sales targets through meeting, engaging, training, and motivating sales partners.
- Acquire and onboard new channel partners and negotiate commercials and deals
- Manage & service relationships with channel partners
- Drive business through their assigned channel partners to meet business targets
Preferred Candidates :
- From the agency channel in Health or Life insurance
- Must have a fair knowledge of Health or Life insurance
- Should have a minimum of 6 months of experience
