Key Sales Manager - BFSI


Responsibility :


1) Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.

2) Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

3) Responsible for aligning the company's sales strategies according to the needs of the customer.

4) Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

5) Prepare and present to management periodic budgets/sales forecast.

6) Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

7) Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to clients.

Requirements :


- Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience in any sector/BFSI

- Good Communication skills

- Presentation skills

- Analytic skills

- Team handling experience

- Problem solving

- Management skills
