Job Description :
1. Recruitment of Financial Products Distributors
2. Generating leads from Open Market who are interested in becoming Financial Product Distributor / Individual Financial Advisors (IFA) to distribute various financial products like Mutual funds, Fixed Deposit, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Bonds, PMS, AIF, NPS, SGB .
3. Explaining Mutual Funds & other financial products Business opportunities and earnings to interested leads.
4. Coordinating and assisting enrolled candidates
5. Providing training to IFAs for Business Development.
6. Providing training to distributor on all the financial products .
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 24 to 38 Years
- Qualification required
- Problem solving skill
- Team Player
- Proven track record as sales professional
- Excellent communication skill
