Key Sales Manager - Agency Channel - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Help to plan sales campaigns
- Create a sales pipeline
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge
- Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance to ensure that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
Candidate Requirement :
- Age between 23 - 35 yrs
- Graduation / Post Graduation
- 1.5+ year Sales experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Industry preferred.
