Key Relationship Manager - Sales - Motor Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's motor insurance business goals in the B2B segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential clients and developing relationships with existing clients (POS and non'POS)
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new product offerings and sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industry to build and enhance the company's reputation and market position.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective measures to ensure sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
- Manage a team of sales professionals, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
