Key Relationship Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Building and maintaining relationships with branch managers and personnel to obtain leads from them.
- Participation in workplace activities (e.g., setting up booths and giving corporate presentations).
- Finishing the sale and monitoring the issuance.
- Raising bank customers' awareness of life insurance options and achieving the branch's customer base's targeted cross-sell penetration.
- Drive the launched reward and recognition programmes for bank workers efficiently.
- Regularly educate bank employees on life insurance ideas and new product releases.
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
