Job description:
For the leading life insurance company in India, we are searching for a highly motivated Key Relationship Manager in the direct vertical.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies that will assist in addressing client needs.
- Create enduring connections with consumers and customers
- Address and resolve consumer issues as soon as possible.
- Inform the sales staff of any new cross-selling and sales opportunities.
- To keep ahead of the competition, familiarize yourself with it.
- Promote high sales and effective customer service techniques
- Make plans and collaborate with clients to help them build their brands.
- Help in creating and preserving a positive brand image of organization
Candidates Requirement:
Education: Minimum Graduation in any stream
Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years in Sales and Marketing of Banking/Finance and Insurance Domain
Age should be between 24 to 38 Years
Key Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to establish and sustain relationships
- Background in sales or customer service is advantageous
- Those with a strategic mindset and quick problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organization
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: - 300,000.00 - 400,000.00 per year
