- Convert leads and generate business through leads shared by the organization
- Visit potential customers for new business
- Grow existing accounts and develop new accounts in order to meet sales and profitability
- Build and maintain relationships : Establish strong relationships with insurance agents and agencies, acting as a primary point of contact for all life insurance-related matters.
- Training and development : Conduct training sessions for agents to enhance their understanding of life insurance products, features, and benefits. Keep agents updated on industry trends, regulations, and market changes.
Market research : Stay updated on competitors' offerings, industry trends, and customer preferences to develop strategies for competitive advantage

Age : 24 to 38 Years
