- Train and Motivate Agents and Advisors to Reach Goals and sov their problems

- Manage daily and monthly choreography
- Develop Market Strategy to achieve business Goal
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good sales and negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Mini. 3 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in any field
