Key Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Achieving overall Gross Written Premium
- Team Management.
- Channel Relationship.
- Visit Branches
- Conduct Meetings
- Regular training of Bank employees regarding Products
- To maintain Renewal of Business
- Timely follow up with the clients.
- Tracking religiously in first week of every month.
- Driving Bank for retention first.
- To maintain the Hygiene & Proper QC and issuance of premium collected.
- Proactive in handling claims.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation - In any Stream
- Age - 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
