Roles and responsibilities :

- Establishing and upholding solid rapport with clients via frequent visits and communication serving as a client contact point and controlling their expectations.

- Finding areas for improvement to improve the client experience and implementing the necessary corrective measures

- Creating sales proposals, demonstrating products, and spotting upsell opportunities in order to support the sales team in their sales efforts.

- To create strategic plans and increase retention rates, tracking and evaluating client behavior as well as overseeing the client's lifecycle management are essential.

- Delivering management with accurate and timely reports regarding client activity and market trends

- Analyzing and researching the market to find emerging trends and business opportunities.
