Roles and responsibilities :

- The applicant will work as a front-line relationship manager.

- To put a strong emphasis on customer engagement, contentment, retention, and reactivation. through close cooperation and high levels of service quality.

- Assure good client communication by paying frequent visits and conducting monthly performance assessments with the appropriate sales managers.

- Promptly address consumer inquiries and complaints.
