Key Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Understanding customer needs and developing strategies to address them.
- Approaching new customers to establish relationships.
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Gaining knowledge of competitors and conducting competitor analysis.
- Identifying key personnel in client companies or organisations and cultivating relationships with them.
